Vaccination cards

A reminder that the local authority requires us to hold vaccination cards for all dogs staying, so even if we have seen them for your dog before please bring them with you again!  Thank you.

Chip and PIN is here!

We are pleased to say that we now have a chip and pin facility up and running!

The costs to us for taking credit cards is really high and so we have decided we will charge a handling fee for credit cards - however payment by debit card is an ideal way to pay and there is no extra cost for that.

We hope that this will be a useful service to everyone.

Familiar faces

I was reflecting on how nice it is to begin to recognise dogs (and their owners!) out and about locally.  This morning I saw Beau and Amber in Shirenewton.  Hello Beau and Amber! 

It is also rewarding to see that lots of people are now bringing their dogs back to us.
