Bluebell - current procedures

Wishing you and your families all the best during these strange times.

Whilst our kennel is obviously extremely quiet, we are open if you need us.

We have introduced some precautions for everyone's benefit:

• Please only one person per dog come into the reception area.
• Please use the hand sanitiser and try to keep a 2m distance.
• We can complete paperwork by phone / electronically and collect your dog directly from your car if you prefer, or if you are self-isolating.
• We are currently not offering kennel viewings.

We are of course disinfecting the reception area frequently and our kennels are always kept clean and hygienic.

January sunshine

Isn't it lovely to see the sunshine this weekend!  Here are our own dogs out and about yesterday afternoon.

We hope you have all had a great Christmas and New Year.  

Please could you make sure that your dog's microchip number is written in their vaccination card.  This will save you writing it out when you book them in, as it is a requirement for us to have the number.  

Also to let you know that we now need to ask you to note the approximate last date of worm treatment and flea treatment when you book your dog in.

Wedding visit

We took this happy fellow Jack to St Tewdrics recently to join his family on their big day for their wedding photos!  He then came back and enjoyed his holiday with us whilst they went on honeymoon.
