Boarding terms and conditions

Owners should ensure that their dog has been wormed and flea/tick/lice treated before boarding.

Owners warrant that any dog left for boarding is fit, sound and healthy (or that the kennels are aware of any existing condition) and furthermore authorise kennel management to contact the appropriate veterinary practice regarding existing medical conditions or to confirm vaccination details.

Owners accept that in the event of any actual or suspected injury or illness (in the opinion of kennel management) the services of a qualified vet may be sought.  Owners will be liable for any costs.

If your dog is of an aggressive nature then in the event of any incident occuring we would require immediate collection.  Also in the event of an emergency such as infectious illness we would require immediate collection.

We reserve the right to rehome any dog not collected within 15 days of the agreed collection date unless prior agreement has been reached.  Every effort will be made to come to a reasonable arangement prior to this last resort.  Owners remain liable for full fees until the dog has been collected by the owner or successfully rehomed.

Drop off and collection must be within our times unless by prior special arrangement.

For safety all dogs should stay in the car on arrival until we are ready for them.

All items left are at the owner's risk (such as toys, leads).

Payment is due on collection of your dog.

If you are unable to collect your dog in person then a representative must bring proof of identity before any dog will be handed over.  Please notify us in advance.  A signed letter or a phone call from the owner will suffice.

Owners confirm that dogs have been innoculated against Kennel Cough and with the annual booster which includes Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. Vaccination records are to be held for all dogs admitted into the kennels.
