Prices
Boarding your dog costs £13.75 per day. If you are boarding two dogs from the same household together this costs £20.50 per day. For more than two dogs sharing please ask us for prices.
Please note this is per day booked in, not 24 hour period, and if you collect your dog during morning opening times you will not be charged for that day.
For boarding there is a minimum charge of £20 for one dog and £25 for two sharing.
Boarding fees are double on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
We do not charge extra for heating the kennels.
We do not charge for administering vet prescribed tablets twice daily. We may charge £1 a day for other medical care of your pet, please call us to discuss what is required.
Charges include bedding, exercise & insurance. (Our insurance only covers illness or injury that occurs directly as a result of boarding with us.)
Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cash. Due to the costs involved a 2.5% handling fee will be applied to credit card payments. There is no additional charge for paying by debit card. We do not take cheques.

All dogs are exercised in our spacious grounds. If you wish to supplement this then half hour woodland walks cost £6.25. You can choose how many you would like for your dog's stay with us.
End of stay bath
Dogs come here and have fun, as a result they might not end up as clean as they arrived! If you would like us to bath your dog before collection we can do this for £10.
Training and socialisation
Half hour training sessions for your dog whilst boarding cost £10. You can discuss how many you would like and what they should cover.
Pick up and drop off
This is available at additional cost depending on your location, please call us to discuss.
Microchipping
James is qualified to microchip dogs and can do this either during a stay or by arrangement for £15, please ask us for information.
Drop off and collection times
Mon-Sat 9-10.30am & 4.30-6pm
Sun 4.30-6pm
We limit drop off and collection times as shown. This gives the dogs the chance to settle in the middle of the day. If you cannot manage these times, for example due to flights or long journeys, please call us as we will always try to be flexible.
We do understand plans and circumstances change. Please let us know as soon as you can of any changes, whether this is to cancel a booking or to alter drop off or pick up dates and times.
During busy periods we require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes to dates. We hope you will agree that if we have been turning away other bookings for dates then it is reasonable to ask for payment if we have not had a chance to re-let the kennel.
Whilst it is worth asking for last minute availability, if you have holiday dates then we are happy to book ahead.
Holidays 2013
We will be open afternoon hours 4.30-6pm only on Bank Holiday Mondays 27 May and 26 August. Christmas and New Year dates to follow.
